Our Groups

Group therapy powerfully complements individual therapy by reducing isolation and fostering connection. Research shows that groups promote insight, emotional growth, and change through shared experience and interpersonal learning. Skilled facilitators create a safe, structured space where members support one another, practice new ways of relating, and discover that healing often happens through connection with others.
Even if you aren't in individual therapy please consider reaching out to the group facilitator to see if any of our groups could be right for you.
